Cyborg Ratz

After the great war of 2030 all life on Earth was destroyed except for a handful of species which included Rats. Over 5 thousand years has passed and the Rats evolved, creating their own society based off of the Human archives they found from the 1980's. Combining old and new technology they now thrive with Mega Cities, Language, Trade, Currency and most importantly Cybergenics which make most of them half Rat, half Robot.
